Surya Panditi

CEO
Senior executive with successful start-up and large company experience. Career highlights include successfully managing large businesses for profitability and growing a business from zero to a $100M run rate. Strong track record of operational excellence, business growth and profitability, inspirational leadership, customer engagement, product development and thought leadership. Former roles include: CEO of start up to IPO, SVP / GM at Cisco (both Telecom Service Provider focused).

Experience in Enterprise Software, Telecom, Clean Energy segments. Advisor at an early-stage Venture Capital firm.

Dr. Ahsan Naim

CTO
Dr. Naim is a seasoned wireless technology strategist with years of radio access network planning experience for tier-1 US mobile operators and equipment vendors including Sprint, AT&T and Ericsson and regional WISPs. He is the chief architect of Sprint’s 8T8R radios for Band 41 that resulted in $450M CAPAX saving nationwide. He spearheaded Sprint’s Spark program initiative that ensured seamless user mobility in Sprint’s tri-band LTE network. He has more than 115 issued US patents in the areas of 4G/4.5G/5G/6G wireless technology and author of published research work in peer reviewed international Journals. He received MS and PhD. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2007 and 2014 respectively.

Chad Dewey

SVP Engineering
Product engineer that has spent years traveling worldwide in the fixed wireless market to develop relationships with three key focuses: Understand the market, Understand the product life cycle, and how to hit price points the market needs. Developing the skills needed to balance these three items creating a product ecosystem that can solve challenges facing any operator.

Bryce Barrand

VP of Software
With two decades of experience in transformative software development, Bryce has been a driving force for change. In his three years at Ketsen, he has spearheaded the software development of LinkView, PlanView, and SalesView, pivotal components that make up the Ketsen Platform. Prior to Ketsen, he contributed significantly to Control4, shaping the industry-leading smart home software platform, "Smart Home OS," and overseeing a $70 million annual flagship hardware line. His earlier role at Marriott International involved building and launching a home-sharing platform, "Homes and Villas by Marriott" generating tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue.

Kariem Zakaria

VP Business Development MEA
Kariem is an industry expert with 20 years experience of introducing new transformational wireless technologies across Africa and the Middle East.As a pioneer of high-speed wireless solutions, Kariem has developed both strategic commercial partnerships and collaborated with regulators across the region to unlock the potential of mmwave and emerging technology.
As an engineer with over 20 years of experience working with both operators and technology vendors, he combines the expertise and the understanding of the pains and aspirations of both worlds.

Nicole DuBois

Customer Success Manager
With 18 years of experience in customer development and project management, Nicole DuBois is dedicated to ensuring customer success. At Henkel, she led the establishment of a department aimed at enhancing communication across various branches of the supply chain. Nicole adeptly managed trade budgets for the 12 largest global retailers and optimized the order-to-cash process for smaller accounts. During her tenure at Purple, she collaborated with the corporate team on significant projects in packaging, logistics, and customer service, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and company success.

Michael Maddy

Director of Customer Support
Michael Maddy is an experienced Wireless Engineer and R&D professional in the telecommunications and IT industry. Raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Michael developed a passion for technology from an early age. His journey began with foundational experiences in the Nevada Army National Guard, where he served for nearly a decade, honing skills in construction engineering, discipline, leadership, and a strong work ethic. Michael's career also reflects a commitment to providing excellent customer service, seamlessly blending technical expertise with a dedication to ensuring positive experiences throughout the customer journey.

Dave Island

Vice President Sales North America
Dave has over three decades of sales leadership experience specializing in complex networking products and technologies. Before Ketsen, he led sales organizations at Cambium Networks, Radware, Avaya and Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia) among others. During his time at Cambium, Dave was responsible for over $50 million in revenue, secured the company’s first Tier 1 PTP backhaul business with Sprint/T-Mobile and drove 15% year-over-year growth four years in a row. Throughout his career, Dave has managed major sales accounts, including Google, Cisco, Intel, AT&T and Verizon. He is a proud alumnus of the U.S. Naval Academy. Go Navy!

Daniel Etman

VP Europe Sales
With a background in sales and business development, Daniel brings valuable experience from roles at Cisco and other prominent organizations to Ketsen Networks. His journey began at Cisco, where he honed his skills and developed a keen understanding of the technology sector. Throughout his career, he has been committed to driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients. This experience has equipped him with the insights and expertise needed to navigate the complexities of the technology industry and deliver innovative solutions that meet clients' evolving needs. Sandy Howe

Sandy spent almost a decade in senior leadership positions at ARRIS (NASDAQ: ARRS), a $6.7B telecommunications equipment company, playing a pivotal role in building its strong market position in the broadband industry. Her global roles included Senior Vice President of Strategic Market Development, Head of Global Marketing and Senior Vice President and GM of their $150 million global consumer retail business. She assisted in the due diligence and integration for four acquisitions – Motorola Home (NASDAQ: GOOGL), Pace (LSEG: PACE), Active Video and Sea Well.
Sandy also served as President of the Americas Region and reported to the CEO of Technetix Inc., a UK-based and privately held leader in advanced technology solutions and infrastructure distributor for the broadband industry and spent a decade at Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO), where, as a new salesperson, she was named “Rookie of the Year in 2000, and later, as a director, she led a team driving Cisco’s largest account (Time Warner Cable) to a sales increase from $53 million to $1 billion.

Mike Roudi

Mike Roudi brings over 35 years of experience in leadership roles in the telecommunications industry, envisioning and building product and go-to-market strategies that drive B2C and B2Bbusiness growth. Mike is currently the CEO of Emergent Connext, a wireless data network company purpose built for the rural industrial markets, including agriculture, energy, and local governments. Prior to Emergent, Mike was the CEO of ClearSky Technologies, a company that designed, built, and operated private wireless networks for all types of enterprise customers. Mike was the SVP & GM of Time Warner Cable’s $6.5B broadband product portfolio where he oversaw Time Warner Cable’s broadband, wireless, and home security product portfolio. Mike started his career at AT&T where he held various product and marketing leadership positions. Mike is a Board Director for WeLink Communications, Ketsen Networks, Inc, and Cal.net.

Terry Whalen

Terry Whalen serves as a senior leader at Digital Alpha within the firm's Portfolio Operations organization. With focus on growth acceleration and portfolio governance, Terry is a seasoned revenue and operations leader aligned with companies in IoT and Next Generation Networks investment verticals. Prior to joining Digital Alpha, Terry led the strategic partnership program at venture backed start-up, Incorta, where he generated an exclusive joint offering with Microsoft that resulted in a lucrative new revenue stream for the company. The program was so successful that Incorta went on to becoming Microsoft’s first recipient for the award "Start-up Partner of the Year".

Karl Meyer

Karl Meyer has been a business development and operational leader in Silicon Valley at both growth stage and large companies for over two decades. At Incorta, Karl started the business development function and also led both the HR and Finance functions. The business development function sourced over 70 percent of Incorta’s new revenue through 2021. Prior to Incorta, Karl led the Enterprise Business Development function at Kleiner Perkins as an Operating Partner. Karl also has experience at leading Silicon Valley firms, as he drove corporate initiatives at both HP and Cisco. Mr. Meyer drove the analytics and cloud strategies at HP, which were the company’s two fastest growing businesses. He also was a key team member in driving the cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging markets strategy at Cisco. Earlier in his career, Karl was in a business development role at two high growth firms. Linuxcare was funded by Kleiner Perkins and acquired by Computer Associates, now part of Broadcom. Karl also led the business development function at XDegrees, which was acquired by Microsoft. Karl is acum laude Economics graduate of Pomona College and studied abroad at University College,Oxford.

Bill McCarthy

At Infoblox, Bill served as a Chief Revenue Officer during a period of rapid change and explosive growth for the publicly traded global organization. He nearly tripled revenue and employee headcount in five years, then played a critical role in structuring and executing sale of the company to Warburg Pincus for $3.4B in 2020. Then at Cisco, Bill directed the mobility, gaming, hyperscale web, telco, media, and broadcasting business units. He also oversaw all aspects of sales, growth strategy, engineering, marketing, operations, customer experience, and business development for U.S.-based providers of digital content.
